Banned for no reason

Hello MIF team, I was playing on your server today and I was flying around in an apache with another squadmember on the map snowstorm. We did this (flying apache) for about an hour or so. Then the round came to an end and a new round began. Suddenly there pops up a squad named 'Apache' with a MIF member in it. Me and my former Apache-gunner also began a squad named 'Support'.

We all spawned at the main base and me and my friend were the first persons near and in the cobra. I was warming up the apache and suddenly this MIF member of the squad 'Apache' starts to yell at me. He said something like: 'You will get a perm-ban! We were first with the squad 'Apache'. In the meantime me and my gunner were up in the air and we kept on flying. Some time later we got killed by an AA vehicle and we spawned back at main base. We wanted to take a car to go capture a flag. I was running to the car and suddenly a MIF member starts to shoot at me and he Teamkills me for NO REASON . Ok all fine, I thought it was an accident. So I spawned again and another MIF member starts to shoot and me and he teamkills me (he was called [MIF]Astragale59) then I suddenly got banned without a reason. So I got teamkilled by 2 MIF member with no reason and then I get banned. That is just ridicilous
I picked up a few rules of your server:

Please create a "Aero" squad to take airplanes and helicopters. Penalty = kick.
That means the max I could get is a kick
No Teamkiller voluntary. Penalty = perm ban.
That means the MIF guys need to get a perm. ban

I don't think it is normal to get a (perm.) ban for something like this.

Sur ce serveur la regle c'est de savoir piloter un "minimum" avant de prendre un vehicule, il y a des modes training pour ça.

Ce gars à pour témoin de ses forfaits de nombreux MIF dont moi, à cela s'ajoute un administrateur serveur en la personne de Darkantor, et le manitou-tanka Jacen !

Remise de peine pour Noël, pourquoi pas de perm à 1 mois ?

ok I understand. about the crashing helicopters (where I was the pilot):

1. Apache: I was flying in the apache and I got shot down by an AA vehicle (nothing to do with bad flying at all)
2. Transport chopper (Without crate): I was flying near main and I saw a transport truck. I asked one of my squad members to look if there were any supplies left in the truck, so that we could take the truck. I tried to land on the heavy snowy terrain and suddenly the heli slipped away from the terrain and it crashed.

Furthermore I have not flown any helicopters.

Pour moi ce genre de gars se foutent totalement de notre gueule en faisant leurs petites victimes de m***, être simpa, ca va bien 5 minutes mais les pourritures dans son genre, moi je dis ban permanent. Qu'il retourne sur BF2 !
On est pas a ce joueur près pour remplir notre serveur.

Moi je suis pour une politique dure, un mec fait le con de manière évidente -> BAN 1 mois, on verra s'il se sera calmé le mois prochain.

Je suis d'accord avec Konnor, c'est certifié par plusieurs MIF, de permanent à un mois c'est une remise de Noël acceptable...

Actually I won't come back on your server any more. This policy directly banning people is just ridicious. You could have at least properly warned me and after that you could have kicked me instead of perm. banning.

Like that has something to do with the amount of the ban. Taking a heli when an other squad is called 'Apache' is not a crime which deserves a perm. ban. So I did not care at that moment that he said that, I didn't believe that something so small can result in a perm. ban. Still ridicilous though. And what is the explanation of the teamkilling then?

Youre right, but 1 month is still a very long time. I just believe I don't deserve it. I do think I needed to be punished for the taking of the apache, but I thought that defenitely wouldn't be a ban (for 1 month) I don't see it in the rules btw. This is true right? I certainly am not a bad pilot or anything. I have played this game long enough to know how to fly. Well, if you think I deserve a ban for taking the apache in a hurry then you must be right, I can keep on complaining, but I'm not the admin. Might wanna put it in your server rules:

I already told that the apache was shot down by an AA, nothing purpose on it. And I agree that I shouldn't have taken the Apache because there was an other squad active which was called 'Apache'. I totally agree with that, but that is not a ban right.
And since when does a whole squad get banned for something they did do? One of my squad members crashed a transport chopper on accident. After that I accidently crashed a chopper which I told already.

And I certainly will not stop playing Project Reality because you think I'm an immature childish person who can not fly. I bet you were the other one that teamkilled me on purpose.

On en est arrivé aux TKs, parce que ca revené moins cher en ticket de les TKs que de perdre 1 hélicoptère toutes les 5 minutes.

Ye well, who decides if someone can fly or not? I was flying with the cobra and I was talking with the gunner and I was checking the map, and before I knew it I was around checkpoint charlie at about 4 to 500 alt and I got lock-on and I dived away and I got killed.

listen you just bad pilot, it's not training server if you don't enjoy the rules you can find many servers, otherwise calm down wait and come back but you pretty lucky, cause crashing many choppers = perm ban usually. learn how to fly or join inf squad. FlyingAs lol ...
